syncdrive: Test Drive (1987) as a termgfx door

Vendor kylofon/test-drive-sdl3's faithful C port of TDEGA.EXE (MIT) and run
it on termgfx_termio in place of upstream's SDL host: a fixed 16-color EGA palette for sixel, BIOS key words and held-key state from termgfx key
events, the PC speaker synthesized as band-limited PCM, and a key script for headless runs. The original game data is not included; sysops supply it.
